As most of the land is used for agriculture, finding an undisturbed location proved very difficult. But small strips of less cultivated land can be interesting, too. The hill side sported a few isolated Bladder senna shrubs - host to this blue butterfly. The male shown here was courtshipping a freshly emerged female - just visible in the left corner of the photo. |
