Butterflies & Moths
When I walked along the edge of the Rhone glacier, a small butterfly passed me and landed on the ice. Although obviously chilled, it still
was able to move slowly. After I had photographed the butterfly on this quite remarkable underground, I transferred it to the mud bordering the
glacier. It still remained rather frigid - who wouldn't? But when I put it on my hand, it rapidly warmed and flew away!
